Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved. I
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items.
The customer has to bear the shipping charges and the remaining balance i.e., product cost minus shipping charges will be credited to the customer after the return product is received by us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to changes in the mind of the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product from your end.
RETURNS & REFUNDS Our replacement policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
All cases that involve issuing a return or refund need to be notified to us within 48 hours of the delivery. If 48 hours have passed, we apologise but we cannot help you with a return or refund.
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging.
Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:
To start a return, you should share a video along with the order no. to us at support@zadon.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
