The grade truth
The same-looking product leaves Chinese factories in three or four quality grades — different panels, different materials, different lifespan — at drastically different prices. Most sellers in India import the cheapest grade, because it wins the price comparison.
We import the top grade, in small batches, by air. That is why a lookalike listing is sometimes cheaper than ours — and why the unit you receive matches the demo video, because what's in the video is what ships. We film our actual stock, never supplier renders.
Why our price sits below the MRP
The struck-out price on every product is the real market MRP. We sit below it because buying straight from the importer removes the middle margins — and above the cheapest lookalike, because that listing is a lower factory grade.

How can I verify ZADON is genuine?
Message us on WhatsApp before ordering — a real person replies, and we are happy to share our business details, current stock photos and dispatch videos. Every demo on this store is filmed on our own inventory, so what you see is what we ship.
Where do your products come from?
Direct from the factory — the top grade, in small lots, by air — through the same import house that has supplied Indian retailers for 10 years. Every unit is opened, tested and repacked in our own warehouse before it ships to you.
Do you supply shops and resellers?

Why is your price sometimes higher than Amazon?
Because it is usually a different grade of the same-looking product. We import the top factory grade in small batches by air — costlier for us, better in your hands. If a cheaper lookalike exists, it is almost always the lower grade. What we advertise is exactly what we ship.
