Which size fits where

The panel bends around a curve but will not fold. Measure the glass first and pick the size that sits inside it with a little clearance.

Running it in ten minutes

Built for Indian conditions

The panel face is IP65 epoxy-sealed, so dust and splashes are not a problem on Indian roads. The controller on the cable is not sealed and has to stay dry — inside the car or indoors. The cable runs about 5 metres, enough to reach from a rear windshield to a front USB socket in any car. Use a plain 5V / 2A supply only: fast and warp chargers put out 9V or 12V and will damage the panel permanently.

Questions before you buy

Which app controls this LED display?

iPixel Color, free on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Install it, switch on Bluetooth, power the panel and it appears in the app. From there you type text, draw in graffiti mode, choose animations or turn on music sync.

Can I use this LED sign outside my shop in the rain?

The panel face is IP65 — fine with dust and splashes. The controller and USB plug on the cable are not waterproof and must be kept dry. For an open shopfront, mount the panel behind the glass and keep the controller inside.

Can I power it from my phone's fast charger?

No. The panel needs a standard 5V / 2A supply. Most fast and warp chargers output 9V or 12V and will permanently damage it. Use a normal 5V / 2A car charger, power bank or USB adapter.

Does the app support Hindi or other Indian languages?

iPixel Color types best in English letters and numbers. For Hindi or any other script, use the graffiti / DIY mode to draw the characters exactly as you want them — they display just like typed text.

Which size fits a car rear windshield?

Most car owners take 9.2 × 37.4 cm for a neat strip across the rear glass, or 12 × 59.5 cm to fill more of the window. Measure your glass before you choose — the panel bends, but it will not fold.

Will it drain my car battery?

It draws from a 5V USB socket at up to 2A, roughly what charging a phone takes. On most cars that socket cuts off with the ignition, so the panel switches off when the car does — worth checking on yours.
